Robbin Sobotka-Soles, BCaBA, LABA


Robbin oversees the operations of programs, finances, community involvement, and fundraising.  Robbin serves on the Board of Directors for A Hope For Autism Foundation and is highly involved with the community in efforts to promote awareness, education, and professionalism within the field of Behavior Analysis and Autism. She is involved with legislation related to ABA services, practice, and regulation.


Shana Lehar, MEd, BCBA, LBA

Clinical Services Director

Shana has been working with individuals with autism for 15 years in various capacities as a special education teacher, case manager and behavior analyst. She manages and oversees daily operations of a variety of programs within a clinical setting, oversees treatment and behavior plan review, provides supervision of students pursuing BACB certification and carries a small caseload of 4-6 clients.


Shirah Dantone, BA, RBT, RBAI


Shirah oversees the daily operations at the center and is responsible for management of each child’s center program including program design, ongoing assessment of skills, lesson development and progression, data analysis, shadowing interventionists in hands-on implementation of the program, direct supervision of interventionists, and providing generalization recommendations to parents.


Nirvana Knowlessar, MA

Program Manager
Nirvana Kowlessar has been in the field of ABA for about 6 years. She has worked with individuals ages 2-33 across home, clinic, school, and group living settings. She earned her masters in education and ABA, and is in pursuit of a BCBA. After moving from California in September of 2016, she found employment as a Program Manager with AHFA, which spoke highly to her ideals of quality services for family, strong work ethic, and the pursuit of education and further learning in an ever changing field.


Verna Lamet


The office manager is a critical asset to maintaining client schedules, billing, and the day-to-day operations of A Hope For Autism. She is the first point of contact for general questions regarding the Foundation, as well as insurance specific inquiries.


Becky Friedman


Becky manages social media, web design, newsletter production, community outreach and other aspects of digital marketing. She also takes care of miscellaneous administrative tasks, and is part of the AHFA wellness group.
