In December, we welcomed three new people! Meet Vanessa, Niki, and Becky. Vanessa and Niki are interventionists and are very excited to be working with AHFA's wonderful kiddos! Becky is our new administrative assistant.
Vanessa Wissler - Interventionist
"I first discovered my love for working with children when I volunteered at an after-school program that focused on helping kids develop their social skills. From there I began to search for opportunities that would allow me to keep working with children, and I discovered ABA. I have been working with children with autism for about a year, and have enjoyed all that I have experienced so far. AHFA has provided an atmosphere that is conducive to helping its employees grow and develop, and I very much look forward to expanding my knowledge."
Niki Linscott - Interventionist
We are so excited to welcome Niki Linscott! She just graduated from OSU with a degree in agriculture science. While this is Niki’s first time working with children, she has 6 years of experience working with adults with disabilities. Niki enjoys learning and growing with the AHFA kiddos, and feels that everyone on staff is committed to their success. In her free time, Niki likes to rollerblade and hike with her Australian Shepard, Wilson.
Becky Friedman - Administrative Assistant
"I graduated from Lewis & Clark College last May without a concrete idea of where I wanted to be. I dabbled in freelance web design and online presence development while working in a daycare, after-school program as well as babysitting. My position at AHFA allows me to combine my love for web design, online marketing, and my belief that all children deserve the right to quality healthcare. I am beyond thrilled to be on the AHFA team. Be sure to check out our new website, and follow us on social media! "
